Hello, Teaching Friends!
Like many of you, I really love decorating our house for Christmas. The over-the-top but still beautiful things and the memory-laden treasures combine to make a house decorated for the holidays absolutely gorgeous, both visually and emotionally! In January, 'though, things are looking a little sparse around here. I usually try to pull out a new little something like a pillow or guest towel, or maybe bring something back into circulation that's been put away for a year or two.
It's sort of the same in school. I'm thinking that by now your stockings are pretty full of holiday goodies for your class, both the amazing things that teacher/authors have been selling and the plethora of great freebies. Not to mention all of those glitter-laden student projects that are decking your halls! January can look a little bleak in comparison.
So, here's a "new little something" that you can get ready now for classroom-brightening after winter break! This set of ten bookmarks includes seven generics to inspire new year's reading, plus three that are dated - for 2014, 2015, and 2016! Just plannin' ahead! :)
NEW LINK: Updated for 2017 and 2018. :) Click HERE.
Happy Teaching ... hang in there, just a few more days!
