Welcome back to Fistful of Friday Freebies! This week's freebies were all discovered while I was having fun poking around on Pinterest. Enjoy!
From Hummingbird Educational Resources, here's a great collection of pumpkin ideas for your classroom. Many of these would be great for your kiddos at home, too!
At Math Coach's Corner, read Donna's interesting post on integrating problem solving into your math instruction. While you're there, pick up some great freebies for seasonal problem solving.
From Kathy Law at First Grade a la Carte, here's an addition game that couldn't be simpler ... but how great it is to have it all done for you! Take a look at Addition Races, and the next post, Subtraction Races.
Look for The Ultimate List of Printable Math Manipulatives at Jimmie's Collage. This is an extremely thorough compilation of just about any manipulative you'd need for math topics K-6.
There are even some free gameboards on the list.
Number Five this week is a link to a new colloborative blog exclusively for PreK-1. Do not miss out on Freebie-licious. It's bright, pretty, loaded with great freebies... and designed for our little corner of the teaching world. Can't beat that for a cool idea!!
Happy Teaching... and happy weekend!
